- Project Data: Technical specifications, smart contract source code, and deployment parameters voluntarily submitted for service execution.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary for the performance of our blockchain development services.
- Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Improving service quality, security monitoring, and fraud prevention.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Marketing communications and non-essential data processing activities.
3. DATA RETENTION
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for a maximum of 5 years following project completion. Contract data is retained in accordance with Danish bookkeeping legislation (10 years).
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (EU-based) for service hosting.
- Blockchain networks as necessary for smart contract deployment (public, immutable data).
- Legal authorities when required by EU law or court order.

REFUND POLICY

AetherBridgeLabs provides blockchain development services including smart contract engineering, DApp architecture, and security auditing. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. PROJECT MILESTONES
Services are delivered in defined milestones. Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable once the deliverable has been provided and accepted by the client. Milestones are defined in the project agreement prior to commencement.
2. DEPOSIT REFUNDS
Initial deposits (typically 30-50% of total project value) are refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once engineering work begins, the deposit is applied to cover resource allocation and is non-refundable.
3. SERVICE FAILURE
If AetherBridgeLabs fails to deliver a contracted service due to technical impossibility or operational failure, a full refund of payments made for undelivered work will be issued within 14 business days.
4. CANCELLATION
Clients may cancel ongoing projects with written notice. Cancellation refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed versus remaining work. Cancellation fees of 15% may apply to cover administrative and resource costs.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Refund disputes shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation under Danish law, with jurisdiction in Aalborg, Denmark.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of blockchain development services provided by AetherBridgeLabs. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
AetherBridgeLabs provides blockchain development services including but not limited to: smart contract development, DApp architecture, DeFi protocol engineering, security auditing, token launches, cross-chain bridges, NFT marketplace development, and DAO governance frameworks. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
2. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project specifications, timely feedback during development milestones, and necessary access credentials for deployment environments. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may impact delivery timelines.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed smart contracts, DApp code, and documentation transfers to the client. AetherBridgeLabs retains the right to use anonymized technical methodologies and general architectural patterns in future engagements.
4. BLOCKCHAIN RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Blockchain technology involves inherent risks including network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory uncertainty. AetherBridgeLabs applies industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee immunity from all possible risks associated with decentralized systems.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AetherBridgeLabs' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including lost profits or token value fluctuations.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
All project specifications, source code, and business information shared during engagement are treated as confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aalborg, Denmark, except where alternative dispute resolution is agreed upon in the project agreement.
